Only works for 2007 yaris as he specifies that you cannot have a yaris equipped with the factory alarm

Years don't matter issue is the factory alarm due to key-ecu mismatch, it was my car he developed the tune on. Tune works great on mildly modified engines.
It works on many different years. The factory alarm issue is a bigger problem because of the key and column and ECU are tied to each other and cannot be swapped with another part.

so do you tell him what mods have been done and he will tune the ecu accordingly? or is it just a preset for all kindsof setups? how about drivability and emmisions? im kinda interested

I can’t speak for the company, I’m just sharing my find. Xnamerxx might be able to answer your questions. I’m more interested to know if they can also reflash the 2ZR ECUs. I’ll message them once I find a donor car.

I don't know if they've tried a 3rd gen but I know he had some ECU's so its possible.
There is some customization that can be done, but its a mailorder tune so there are some things that need to be done via dyno because it would be unsafe for the engine.
