Blitz SC leaning the engine out over the first 10 minutes.......
Hi Guys,
ok, the car is running albeit without the ICAV (don't know why this isn't working as I've replaced everything) and now I have a new issue. I sent the TB to Maxbore and its been bored out an additional 3mm.......just mentioning this incase its part of the problem. I go out in the car and it runs fine on the SC for the first 5-10 min, responding to tune changes well. Then all of a sudden it starts to lean out gradually and does not get better until I let the car cool down. With the SC off it runs fine. Not sure what I am chasing here and its got me scratching my head....... Thanks for any help! |

a couple things come to mind, since theres only a few things that inderectly change the fueling in relation to heat, o2's, temp sensor, air intake sensor
after that id start looking for vacum leaks when hot..its less likely but possible that you have some thermal expansion going on causing a leak only when hot |

ok, so after running the car around with the laptop plugged in I can see the computer pulling fuel as I drive it.
The toyota computer is adjusting the fuel injector chart, I know it has always done this but now it want to get the car to run 14.6-15.3 afr...........before it would stop at some point and the air bleed chart is what I used to tune the car. Now the million dollar question, how do I get the Toyota ECU to leave the injector duty cycle alone? Is there something in Greddy Emanage to do this? Closer........ |

So if anyone is having the same problem I found the answer in a Celica forum. I have the car running well again, still more LTFT to correct but the car will run 9psi and the AFR stays in the 11's.
The Greddy Emanage Ultimate is no longer attacking my fuel tables........ I have my car back! |

Well, I had it back for 1 night. The Supercharger clutch has decided to pack it in.
Car is sidelined again. If anyone has a new Blitz/Ogura/TTE clutch they want to sell I have $2000 here for you.........I'm tired of not having my car. Cheers, Ron |

So yesterday for the first time since the clutch broke I decided to work on the car. Took the Clutch off the supercharger and its was just a snap ring that came off and a centering pin from the magnet that apearingly was never installed.
Long story short, the clutch is fine and back together. Now the problem is I've lost the signal to the clutch somehow. It works if we put power to it with a 9v battery but the car is not turning it on and off with throttle position. It went from working fine to nothing while out driving........ This car.......... |

Does anyone have a wiring diagram for Greddy Emanage Ultimate and a Blitz for a 1NZ-FE application?
