Yaris 2012 Engine Oil and Coolant

Hey Guys, I live in Greece and recently I bought a Yaris 2012 1.0 Model KSP 130L made in France with 142000 Km in it, here in Greece it's tough to find answers from Mechanics, so please tell me what type of Coolant, Engine Oil should I go with, also I saw many youtube videos that I should change the Engine Oil every 5000 Km, but what if I don't drive much, should I change the Engine Oil every 6 months then? for example, I will probably go like 800 Km in 6 months, should I be changing the oil? or should I wait until it hits 5000 Km? I tried to find the details for my exact model but it's a bit confusing, my car doesn't have a rear camera, Sensors, or LCD Display but the cars I saw on youtube do, so it's not the same, that is the reason I am a bit confused.
