I need Alarm help!!!!!

I just had my windshield replaced, and as far as I can tell, the only thing that had to be unplugged was the alarm receiver mounted in the windshield. Now I have no car alarm and the doors will not lock/unlock with the key fob. The alarm is an Audiovox Prestige. Car Toys wants $85 an hour to fix it and they think there are severed wires....but I'm pretty sure this is simpler than that. I discconected the battery but that was a mistake. The alarm went off for hours and I had to park my car in a vacant lot until I found the valet switch and disabled it. Help me please!!

Follow the wire from the windshield mounted receiver to the control box for the alarm. Chances are that they tugged on the wire when removing it, and in doing so, unplugged the other end of the cable from the control box.

Well....it looks like they nicked the wires going to the receiver. I might just strip the wires and see if I can get them back into the plastic connector.
