The digital display (speedometer, rpm, fuel gauge etc) on my 2004 yaris is turning off randomly.
when it's on it's not functioning very well. the RPM gauge, for instance, is always on to the max level. any idea what it might be? Thanks alot N |

You can check the connectors that plug into it to make sure something is not loose, but it sounds like it may have an internal issue. How many KM are on the car?

It has 230K KM on it.
I also think it's an internal issue, But i don't know the name of the part that may need replacing. |

You can only purchase it as a complete assembly, so it would be called the "instrument cluster" or "speedometer". You need to verify the part number on the sticker on your existing one when getting a replacement.
