Fog light compatibility
I have factory installed fogs on my 2011 rs hatchback that I put yellow vinyl on to change the filter Colour, however, the vinyl has dried out and burnt a little and is now flaking. Ive gone on eBay to source fog light kits that have a yellow glass and have found plenty however they all seem to be for 06-08. Anyone know if these will fit the 2011? Now, I don't need anything else that comes with the kit like the wiring and bezel as its already pre wired and the skirt kit is premolded for the fog light. All I need from the kit is the actual fog light itself. Will this work? Are they universal throughout the years? I'm guessing yes but I'd like some insight before I blow $60-$80.
Thanks in advance!

They will fit the 2011 just fine. The ebay ones have very thin glass as compared with the OEM ones, so they are a bit more prone to cracking from stones being kicked up.

Subscribed. Are there any other fog lights that are known to fit perfectly? That are better than the factory ones. The factory ones look good, but in my experience that's about all they're good for. I can never tell when they're on.

Nokya makes a very nice LED projector foglight. glass lens and an aluminum housing. they are about the same price as one factory toyota foglight.
