Glad to see you're OK - I guess someone has to make sure new Yarii get built... I love my new one, but wish the wheels from the old one had been worth saving....

Glad you're OK, but it seems you were turning in front of oncoming traffic. Did you have a left turn green arrow and the truck ran the red? These big chevy trucks seem to hate yaris drivers - also the fords. I think The Dodges are neutral like the Netherlands ,,,

Wow, your pictures are incredible! My God, seeing the pictures of your car and knowing that you only received some bruises is a freaking miracle! Glad you are okay, buddy!!
What hit the windshield? I have to say that since getting the Yaris, I find SO MANY people cut me off...I thought having an orange car would make people see me better...it doesn't.

I want to also say I am glad you are okay. I was down in Illinois for a swapmeet, and
some of those Chicagoland drivers are nuts. All those construction zones on I-294 don't slow them down. I had a Silverado once, but what I liked was that I was sitting up higher than a regular car. Thus, I had a better view of the road ahead. Like others have said, get a medical report and I hope you had some witnesses to support your side of the story. Let us know how this turns out. |

Glad to hear you're ok.
I'm starting to wonder about the visibility of the Yaris. I've only had mine for about 3 months now and I am frequently dodging idiots who nearly sideswipe me. |

damn that sucks man... good thing ur not severely injured. With all these crashes and a lot of people reporting back alive and well.... I'll have to say that the Yaris is a pretty darn safe car!

I was about to say "that's a bad crash", but then it got me thinking, you're the victim in that accident. Its good to know that you're safe and it proves the Yaris can hold up its own from the much bigger vehicles.
You should get a Yaris with bright colors, so those "drivers" can see you even at night. Now you have a reason to get the latest-model Yaris.

Very glad to hear you're ok. Looks like the Yaris took the hit very well considering. I have to agree with the earlier comment about Yaris visibility. For some reason I too have had several near misses from people turning out in front of me. I wonder if the small size plays tricks on people's perpective / depth perception?

Glad you weren't seriously hurt. I'm still recovering for a broken back from my last accident. I was in my Tahoe and a Nissan Titan hit me. That's how I got my new Yaris!

I swear if I didn't know how safe the Yaris was, I would've assumed you died in that wreck. Very glad to see your okay overall. You got REALLY lucky it wasn't on your side Screw it, I'm bumming rides and keeping cab companies on speed-dial from now on...
