Question Headlights + DRL for Yaris 2009-

Hi,

I hope you can help me.

Details of my car are in my Signature.
The front look like this car.

I looked weeks through the web, but I couldn't find this I wanted.
Some parts for the -2009 model, but nothing for my/the 2009- model.

I looked for new headlights with specially/separately DRL in it.
You know a part?

As far as I know SAE + DOT are only for the USA.
E + number in a circle are only for Europe.
Is this correct?
Because I live in Germany I could install only the E parts - yes?
Is there a way to get a certification that I could install also SAE + DOT parts?

By the way...
If this upper mentioned part is not available...
Is a headlight available with low- + highbeam separately (I guess also named angel eyes) for my car?

If not, the -2009 headlight would fit also at my 2009- car?
The original headlights look different - but maybe the attachment is the same?

By the way...
My car is named '2009-' in international forums?
Toyota made the facelift in all countries at 2009?

Thanks

That you could imagine better from what I'm talking about...

yarisworld.com/forums/ Angel eyes Yaris Sedan

I would like to have something similar for my car.
Headlight with LED- or bulb/s DRL in it.

I searched over weeks in the web, but found nothing.

I don't believe that anyone sells a set of projector headlights for the 09 to 11 Yaris liftback. The notch on the inside edge of the 09-11 makes them different than the 06-08 ones. You can take your existing headlights apart and add the HID projectors, as a few people on here have done.

It's a pity that no manufacturer have headlights for the 09-11 Yaris 3/5dr.

I searched in this forum and found a thread about the differences between the 06-08 and 09-11 Yaris 3/5dr.
I understood it like this, that one holder of the headlight is mounted at the front bumper.
If I would like to stay with the 09-11 bumper and could close the free space between 06-08 headlight and 09-11 bumper with fiberglass or something is there a possibility to fix the 06-08 headlight with the 09-11 bumper? E.g. with a small self made metal thing, that the headlight is well fixed and don't vibrates?
It's not easy to explain it in english...

I asked SAV912 in an other thread, because I saw a picture of his car... (this is this headlight modification).
I don't believe this is allowed here in Germany.
If, then I would need an 'operating license' that this modification is 'street legal'.
Well would be a SAE + DOT or better an E + number in circle on the HID lens and an 'approval certificate'.

I don't like the german street laws... - but I must live with it.

Thanks
