FS: COMPLETE turbo kit for yaris

SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD

I’ve decided to put my turbo kit up for sale to start another project car (AE86) and leave my “daily” alone, at least for the time being. The turbo kit is as complete as it gets including fuel, management gaskets, lines, piping, couplers, clamps, gauges, exhaust, etc… I am motivated to sell as soon as possible; I will work on price for a serious buyer. The kit contents are as follows.

-Garrett GT2860RS Ball Bearing (oil and water cooled)

-38mm Tial Wastegate

-Custom Charge Pipes

-Custom Turbo Manifold (just had it braced and rewelded pictures of manifold are before I sent it out. I should have it back this week)

-3 inch V-Band down Pipe

-Brand new intercooler

-Synapse Blow off Valve

-Haltech Sprint 500

-Boomslang plug and play harness

-Brand new Vibrant Oil Feed Line with fitting to attach to block were oil pressure sensor goes (retains oil pressure sensor also)

-1ZZ 560cc Injectors

-Water lines for turbo including new Banjo Fittings bolts, and crush washers

-Brand new Remflex Gaskets for turbo to manifold, manifold to waste gate, and waste gate to dump tube

-Brand New Vibrant Pitpack of Black Vacuum Hoses

-Brand New Mishimoto Oil Catch can includes hoses mounting plate and magnetic drain plug

-Brand New Vibrant Vacuum Block Black

-Brand New Fitting to tap upper oil pan for return (also have a new cap to cap it off if you remove the turbo kit)

-Greddy Coolant Temp sensor adapter pipe for coolant hose (no sensor or gauge)

-Brand new Innovate Vacuum/Boost Gauge with integrated shift light

-Brand new Innovate MTX-L Wideband

-Hand full of brand new vibrant v band flanges and clamps 2.5” and 3” (also have used ones that are included)

-Brand New Vibrant concentric reducer from 3” to 2.5” (downpipe is 3” but have everything to make a 2.5” cat back exhaust that will mate right up)

-Brand new Vibrant 2.5” piping

-Brand new Blox racing 2.5” Mini Race Muffler

-Brand new Haltech intake air temp sensor

There’s more I’m forgetting but this is what I can remember off the top of my head. Everything stated brand new is still in its original packaging. If serious buyer wants to take things out of the kit to adjust price we can do that too. Any questions feel free to post or message me. The sooner I sell the kit the sooner I can put together an 86 corolla!

well upon further review of the boomslang harness and my 2012 se it seems that the harness wont fit my car so i have no use for it. buyers with 2012 and up yaris beware boomslang harness list that they fit every year but upon inspection on alldata ecm connectors changed from somewhere in 2012 and for every year after that. KIT IS OBO SOMEONE BUY PLEASE lol

I'd love to make you an offer but with where I live I need to pass an OBD e test. Only way to do that is to do that is to have a car with an ECU that is flashable.

I hope someone picks this up

Nope the standalone would cause the stock ecu to read all kinds of codes with pushing boost and everything else.

Would need a way to re flash the stock ecu and turn off certain CEL's which no one has yet to do

The Haltech Sprint 500 is a piggyback, so the stock ECU would remain in place. As long as the two O2 sensors are left installed, as well as all of the emissions related gear, passing OBD emissions is very possible.

My mistake I thought the Haltech 500 was a stand alone.

That said, the stock ecu would still be throwing CEL's for boost would it not?

The parts in this kit are top quality. This is a much better kit than a zage kit. I hope CTScott buys this and makes a duel boosted yaris with 300+ whp easy.
This kit is the dream wish I could buy it. This will definitely sell to a very happy customer.

As long as the piggyback is setup correctly it won't. With the 6 lbs of boost of the Blitz S/C, I have no problem with OBD emissions here in CT, and never have the CEL come on.

as ctscott said, all emission would stay in place, and downpipe has bungs for factory o2 sensors. so all factory sensors would remain intact. i work at a garage in rhode island and i belive i have a 02 defowler at my shop and can throw it in the kit for free for anyone afraid of getting a secondary o2 code. Ive used them multiple times on my personal cars and customers cars and they work great for catless vehicles. My evo x was 3" turbo back and i still passed inspection in massachusettes where they plug into the obd2 port.
