Webasto Hollandia 730 Moon Roof Installed
This week was belated Christmas for my Yaris. I finally bought a set of Clazzio seat covers from Garm, and finally got a moon roof installed (and got it tinted, while at the shop).
I have been researching sun/moon roofs since I bought my 09, back in October. After reading numerous articles and speaking with a bunch of body shop people I decided on the Webasto brand. I intended to install it myself, but Webasto only sells to authorized installers, and the few who will sell you a kit, without installing it, get nearly the same price as it costs fully installed. So, after doing some research on installers I decided to use Attention To Detail, in Middletown, CT. Their installers have been putting in Webasto roofs for over 20 years. I was very pleased with the quality of their work. Here are some pics: Closed: Glass closed, sunshade open from inside: Rear tilted: Fully open: Closed from above: Control switch mounted to map lights: Courtesy light relocated behind moonroof frame: |

That is awesome. Do mind my asking what the total cost was for material and labor?

I could have done a good self-installed pop-up for under $500, but I really wanted a power roof. The glass is 18" x 31.5", so when you open it, it really feels like a convertible. |

I'd better do my taxes next week to see if I'm paying or getting something back. This looks soooo pretty.

Very nice job. Good shop choice too, I live right across the river from Middletown, my friend has used them a few times.

wow, that is beautifully done and complements the car so well... the interior is already bright and airy as it is, but this is really the cherry on the top

Very nice....I checked with the dealer here and they wanted $1500. I don't think their quality would have been as good as yours.
Seat covers look nice. I like mine alot. |
