Driver side reverse light power issue
Hi all, I'm having issues with the driver side reverse light on my 2010 yaris sedan. The light was out when I purchased the car; I know the vehicle was in a rear end collision and the taillamp was replaced with an aftermarket unit. I tried replacing the bulb with a new bulb and that didn't work. I tried moving the bulb and holster for the passenger side (working) to the driver side, and that didn't work either. I used a multimeter to check the connections on the light while activated (car in reverse) and it was reading less than 3 DCV, while the working passenger side read 12.5 DCV. So, for some reason, it appears that the driver side is not getting enough power. Any ideas?
