probably only in sound and possibly marginally better pull in the high end. Nothing epic. It's only an axle-back after all.

It will sound better, but you will only notice a slight performance gain if you have a good intake as well.

Probably not, but definitely lose some low end torque IMHO.
Nice sounds though. Well, you win some and lose some.

Don't forget pictures :)

I am getting a Tanabe exhaust, hopefully, and I would love to see pics of them on the Yaris.

Just installed my Tanabe Medalion Touring exhaust. It took me a total of 30 minutes to jack up my car, remove the factory exhaust, unbox the Tanabe, install the Tanabe, remove the jacks, and take pictures. Piece of cake install. It sounds awesome !! It's not much louder than the factory exhaust with a tip that I had been running. Just has a deeper tone. Here are pics of the new exhaust.

It looks vulnerable. Any pothole or bump would scratch it, wouldn't it? :s

Whats up with the way its mounted, it does look vulnerable especially at a steep drive way or something, tanabe shoud of mounted the other way like other exhaust.

The canister style mufflers (and many aftermarket axlebacks like Megan) hang a lot lower than the Tanabe.

I was getting a tanabe exhaust but the there is noway it will last with the shitty roads here...you can't mount that muffler horizontally?

EDIT: How much did it cost you?

It would hang lower horizontally.
