how to remove the upper glove box covers?

I did some searching and couldn't find any info on this.

I've seen pictures of people who have removed the cover to their upper glove boxes and I would like to give it a try but I was just outside messing with 'em and I cannot figure out how to get the lid off.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

There are two screws that mount each of the upper lid assemblies. The screws are on the backside of the dash. I am not sure if you can get at them without pulling the upper dash. When I removed the covers from Crashy', but after I had already pulled the dash.

thanks. I'm not in any big hurry to pull the upper dash off to get to those screws, so i'll take a look at it again and see if it is possible to get to 'em without pulling that off, if not then I'll just have to wait a while to check it out without the lids on 'em.
