Where to get Cruise Control Fitted

Hi, I really want Cruise Control in My '06 Yaris YR Hatch. Has anyone had it fitted? Can anyone recommend someone in Sydney to do it? Does it mess with your factory warranty at all?

Thanks

With warranty think of this.....if you altered anything that is not stocked such as replacing the intake with an aftermarket one....warranty for that part is voided but the rest is still under warranty. Right? well thats what ive been told...i gotta search that up

anyway with CC, buy an aftermarket one from ebay or sumwhere and let some mechanic do it that knows how to install it.

Yep, they have to prove your mod caused the issue at hand, at least in the US.

Window switch stops working, they cant blame it on your 40psi turbo setup... although the turbo will probably void the warranty on the entire drivetrain (and 40psi would make short work of it lmao)

I called up Toyota in Darwin, NT, Australia.
The recommended 'CARCOM INSTALLATIONS 89418800'.
They had the YR Automatic for a full day and
installed 'AUSCRUISE by AUTRON' cruise control for $899 Sep2010.
I am satisfied with the product and the installation.
Better buttons would have made it perfect.
It is a least as good as the one that was in my 'FAIRLANE GHIA'

I would think that any location that installs electronic car equipment would be suitable.
