From Japan via express airmail, probably 1-2 weeks to the West Coast.

Probably about 2-3 weeks to Eastern Canada/US.

I love the West Coast ;)

Why the 1 week difference? It's just 4 hrs flight in between.

1-3 weeks... 1 week is a little optimistic.. I think it'll drop in the 2-3 week range.. and I don't think there will be any difference from West Coast/East Coast locations.. or at least I hope not... since I'm in the East!

This is dependent on a few things:

- If the package is ALL AIR service, then it should be delivered to Eastern Canada within 7-10 working days (pretty much 1-2 calendar weeks)
- If the package is a combination of AIR/GROUND service, then it will be aired to Vancouver and then put on rail or truck for Eastbound transport (this will could take 3 calendar weeks)
- If the package is sent using Japan's national postal service/company, it will be handed off to Canada post.

I'm not sure how the lights will be shipped so I'm just guessing.
We also have to consider whether the lights will be handed off to Canada Post to handle, or if it will be sub carriered by another courier company.
