Anti sway bar

Can anyone tell me if a rear anti sway bar is worth it on a 2007 1.3vvti? If so does anyone know where to get one that fits

Yes its worth it, you will feel a difference. You will need to get 4x 10.5 Graded bolts if they don't come with the sway bar. Any shop will be able to install it, it's a very simple install with just lining it up and securing it with 4 bolts.

it really depends on a few factors

how hard do you drive?
do you like to carve corners and maintain speed or do you slow down?
what size tire are you running?

all said i think its going to be great improvement, HOWEVER unless your driving hard enough on grippy tires to FEEL the rear of the body lift and start rolling on the corners your just adding weight

i still dont have one.,,but last summer after the brake work and the swap to grippier tires ive found corners where i can FEEL the rear flex and lift....and i see 3 that can be ordered up

toss 100-200lbs in the back seat, go for a drive in the twisties, remove the weight and go do it again and if you cant feel the change in how the rear acts you dont need a sway bar..if you can feel it..you need one

Yes its worth it, it makes a positive difference in every way regardless on how you drive. It should have been standard equipment on these cars.

I’m running 15 inch tires(I’m not sure what they exactly have but it’s the stock size). I would say I drive pretty hard most of the time but I’ve been looking for some easy mods that don’t require a lot of time to fit. But I’m kind of inexperienced although I’m training to be an agricultural engineer so I currently have a basic knowledge of how to fit things but I know how things work.

if you drive a lil hard then yes by all means toss one on, i think the 2 most readily availible are "whiteline" and TRD

You will definitely feel the difference. I installed one on my '09.
It really transforms the handling for the better
You would not think it would with the non independent solid rear axle but, it does.

BTW, there area few different vendors that sell their version of this sway bar.
Just get one that is made to fit your year Yaris
Once you get one, it is a fairly easy install
