HKS turbo for mk1 yaris 1 litre 1SZ-FE

Now i am sure any true yaris lovers will have seen the max power yaris turbo.
Well this is the same as that kit and i am lead to beleive 1 of maybe 2 or 3 in the UK

According to alex (project manager of the max power build) the turbo when used with motec ecu and a front mount intercooler was pushing close to 140bhp

The parts i have to sell are just the hks manifold, Down pipe and the Garret turbo...This kit basically bolts straight onto the car, you would be required to plum in a oil feed and return and then fit an aftermarket ecu to look after fueling (otherwise car would run lean all the time i shoudl think)

I bought this turbo planning to do a big RAT BUILD copy of the max power car but after purchasing a new skyline decided i need my yaris to be the economical run around its always been.

So here is what the max power engine bay with the same kit attached so you get the jist of how it looks and fits;

The kit is worth fitting as the turbo is basically a pug 306 diesel turbo so any re-con or parts it might need in the future would be easily available.

I am based in essex, UK but i can courier the item anywhere in the UK mainland for about £10

THE TURBO, DOWN PIPE AND MANIFOLD HERE ARE SOME PICS:

THIS COULD BE A VERY CHEAP MOD FOR SOMEONE COSIDERING A COMPLETE HKS KIT WAS IN THE REGION OF £1000 NEW IF I AM NOT MISTAKEN

I AM LOOKING FOR £100 PLUS CARRIAGE

(CAN SEND ANYWHERE BUT DUE TO WEIGHT IT MIGHT BE EXPENSIVE, EG GERMANY WAS ABOUT £50 airmail / £35 by road)

Interesting.. anyone know about fitment to the 1NZFE? It probably doesn't work but just thought I'd ask.

It would generate so much more than 140bhp on a 1.5l..

The manifold looks like it could work. The downpipe is completely wrong for the 1NZ though. If the manifold does work, this would be a great starting point for anyone thinking about putting together their own kit.

YES I'm gonna guess atleast 160. It's probably closer to 180 bhp.

I dunno what the pounds to USD conversion is, but that looks to be an incredibly good deal.

OP, you really should consider shipping at the buyer's expense.

My work has an office in the UK (Coventry) so I am having it shipped there. They are then sending it on one of their many containers to me. So.. free, essentially. =)
