Rear Panels with Speaker hole

I bought I 2007 Toyota Vitz which is similar to the 2008 model Toyota Yaris. I am trying to install rear door speakers but the panels do not have speaker holes. Anyone know where I can buy the rear panels that look like this?

Note - my car is the 4-door hatchback.
