205HP 1NZ-FE!!!

I’ve been busy lately and haven’t been here much. Just wanted to share this if it hasn’t been posted yet:
https://youtu.be/cARvU7jiffM

It’s crazy, rev limit is OVER 9000!!!
I paused the video to where the rev is at 6600, and it’s doing around 179HP.

My thoughts, get the cam shafts, use the 13:1 pistons from 1NZ-FXE (Prius C), upgrade intake and exhaust, and find someone who can tune the ECU or buy a stand alone.

I know this guy have cracked the Toyota ECU: https://youtube.com/c/FrankensteinMotorworks

Remember this is a fully built race spec engine. With proper management etc.

Understood... Just showing the possibilities. My point was 6800 RPM seems really conservative for this engine.

Thats incredibly impressive considering this is made to be an economical grocery getter engine.

Also there is a guy in here with a high compression 1NZ-FE/FXE build that spins his to like 8600 on the stock rotating assembly. Its doable if you've got the flow mods to justify such high RPM.

I'm not sure this dyno is real, the tq\hp numbers don't cross at 5250.

Those power numbers are def possible as I got up there with a stock intake manifold\tb and head, but I don't know how much I believe what was posted on the video.

How is it at lower/daily driving RPM? Is it like a B16 where its basically useless under 3500rpm?
