Ok so hear goes...

This is for the stage III:
Price: about $3000.00
Kit Includes:

Brand new Garrett T3 Series turbocharger
Turbonetics Evolution Wastegate
Greddy Type RS Blow Off Valve
Performance Spark Plugs
Fuel Upgrade
Racing Cast Iron Exhaust Manifold
Beautiful Aluminum 6061-T6 piping
All required silicone hose ends, gaskets, bolts, & clamps
Oil feed & return in aerospace stainless steel braided lines & couplers
High Flow Air Filter & Velocity Stack type MAF adapter
Super efficient front mount Bar & Plate Intercooler

^^^Basically from the website.

There is no piggy back system. He said its not needed for this kit. It does include upgraded injectors tho. If you are going to upgrade the parts to make more power then you would need a piggy back system but since our ECU has such an adaptive learning curve you dont need one so he says.

Fitment:
It bolts right up he assures me. The red yaris you see belongs to some1 local that they called in to install the kit on his car. With no instructions the owner of the yaris bolted up the kit. Only problem he reported was with the oil return line. Apparantly he had it on the wrong way There were no CELs. He went on to say that if any problem occur during the installation give them a call and they will try there best to help.

Stage I starter kit:

Pretty much the same parts but it is missing a few things.
No intercooler
No BOV
Some piping may need wielding.

Here is what is in there from what i remember:

Downpipe flange and gasket
38mm wastegate flange and gaskets
Oil feed and drain gaskets
Turbo inlet gasket
Downpipe bolts
Turbo bolts
Wastegate bolts
Oil lines

It uses the same quality parts as the stage III but you just don't get all of them.
No price on Stage I as of yet....

You get the factory warranty on parts.

He was big on this that if there is a problem while installing plz call them so they can help before going on or they may not be able to replace parts...

If you have any more questions plz ask so i can give him another call.

sounds pretty good and the customer service makes me feel safer. Might be my route especially seeing as how they are so local.

I will look forward very much to hearing more when someone installs it.

Me too....sounds all too "simple" for me. Adaptive *maybe* with very low boost.

Well, I do think a low-boost 6psi application without management is possible, but not with a big 'ol T3 on it.

Did we confirm that turbo comes with the stage 1 also?

I didn't ask if "a" turbo came with it, I would assume a turbo is included. I asked if a T3 ("that turbo") is included with the Stage 1.

When we called last year, they would not tell us what turbo comes with the Stage 1 kit.

next questions:

1. Did they skip "Stage 2"? (from reading post 21)
2. What brand of intercooler is supplied?
3. Is the T3 oil cooled only, not water cooled?
4. Where is this customer who got the kit, installed it himself and has no CELs? Seems like an email from this person, or a post, would put to rest at least some of the doubt.

just to be clear, I'm asking all this stuff (and expressing some skepticism) because (1) I don't want anyone getting ripped off and (2) because if it's what they say it is, and works the way they say it works, we have an exciting new option for boosting the Yaris.

mmm , im glad to see we getting some info.

Thanks for gettting the info YODA :-)

i will be REALLY happy if the normal ECU can handle low boost like at approx 0.4 bar , that would be awesome !! and make installing the turbo a really easy project.

0.4 bar is roughly 6lbs, I beleive the Blitz S/C creates 6lbs +/-, there +/- 10 members here with Blitz S/C with stock ECU's. So to answer your above question, yes the stock ECU can handle low boost. A turbo project for the Yaris is not difficult. The main issue is that everything has to be fabricated. As of now there are only 2 bolt on kits, the Zage & Ancla, and no one here has bought & installed either kit.
