Does anyone know where you can get this lip?

looks like the stock S lip kit if that's the case the front lip is part of the bumper

I hate that. I don't get why the us and other bumpers are different when they look the same. If I'm going to get a jdm bumper I might as well just buy aftermarket or buy an 07-08 stock bumper.
