Tein's new Street Basis damper kit for Yaris MKII

Just came across and found out that Tein has a new line of damper kits called "Basis" to replace the "basic" line, and a better price too around $800US, pretty good choice.

If you actually click the link it takes you to a page for the new coils.

WHAT?! In stock already?!
Garm, you're gooooood.
But you might want to edit from "out of stock" to "in stock"

yeah I just saw that, now I'm second guessing myself. I'll check tomorrow morning, and update one or the other. I know we had a set because that's my picture, lol.

Are they the same spring rates as the basics, just a new design?

Spring rates are the same as before. There is an upgraded rear shock design, upgraded top caps on the rear shocks (easier to replace), and upgraded rear sleeves. Might be a few more details, I wish I had both to compare side by side.

If you couple this kit with the TRD rear shock upper mounts and TRD front strut mounts, you'd have a very nice set up.
