ecometer mount

I want to mount my ecometer on the pillar by the side mirror (don't remember if it's a or b whatever).

How do you guys hide the wires when mounting a tach or in my case the ecometer there?

Send a message via AIM to cali yaris
you can snap off the A pillar, hide the wire underneath, and snap it back on.

answered both questions, bam!

Would the pillar air bags propel that forward or toward the driver?
I've thought about mounting a GPS or something, like others have done,
but as I recall, they didn't have the air bags in their pillars. I've also seen
that self-made or store bought GPS mount that fits in the cup holder.
Would that device also come toward the driver should the pillar air bag go off?
I thought I had seen a link somewhere that showed how these air bags are
deployed.

Anyone have that?

Got the meter today. I am really liking it. For the money it is a neat little gadget!

Sadly the 3m stuff wasnt sticky on 1 piece so ihave it mounted with reg velcro which isnt holding very well. Have to think of something.

Oh, i decided to mount it above/behind the driverside ac vent by the window. I tried the pillar but visibilty wasnt as good.
