everything is on and plugged in as per instructions , im not sure of the air sensor is maybe faulty ? or if the vacume switch can cause the car to idle so low ?

come to think of it , with the OEM intake on the car did occilate quite hectically at times , like irregular ideling ,mmm , wonder what it can be ? maybe the intake made it more promenant

did you unplug the negative terminal completely for at least 15 minutes? When I installed my AEM I just unhooked the battery during the install and I was fine.

Honestly I don't know but if I had to guess I'd say no as this is something the ecu probably handles... But go ahead and correct me if I'm wrong.

Strange. I just installed this unit without a problem. I wish I had something else to add ...

Idle is not adjustable. It does sound like a MAF problem.

My Yaris always rpm hunted, I never liked that about it.

i noticed in the K&N sri setup there is a small oval shaped piece of metal at an angle in the intake , why is it there ? to create wind turbulence ?

Now by cuts out do you mean the engine stalls completely? If it just oscillates a little on idle that is normal if you have an intake.
