Ported & Polished TB!!!!! Done

Ported and polished throttle body! Better throttle response and way smoother acceleration now. Took me about 3 hours to machine it at school. Then i used a buffer and polish to get a very smooth surface, idle is alittle bit higher then normal now, but i havent noticed it dipping or anything yet...Ill let you guys know how it goes, but i think it picked up a few ponies. If this shows gains on the dyno, i might start doing this for people on the side for like 40 bucks a TB. May even polish them chrome for people who want to pay extra.
Ill post pics soon after we do the suspension tommorow and i get my rotas sprayed, also gotta drop the c-one off at the body shop to have that sprayed. Damn the Yaris is getting crazy, this is so much fun, by far my most favorite car to modify! Still waiting on the man to get done with the intake mani.... I wont run nitrous without it, cause the plastic one just wont be able to handle what i want and i believe with bigger injectors and tuning with a better mani, the yaris can handle a 75 shot on stock internals.

well if this does show a little result i may have to bring my xtra throttle body by that way and get you to shine up on it. you have someone making you another manifold? if you get results there may possibly be an interest on here for it.

Garm (Cali Yaris) is working on his, he is waiting on a certain size tubing for the runners....Ughhh it just takes time to make things perfect!
Ive been thinking about having HTP fab up the weapon-r one to fit the Yaris, but that seems stupid.
