I have a '07 Yaris Sedan, at least one of my wheels has a small bent, which may let out some air but it's not too significant. If I did decide to buy wheels than should I upgrade to a bigger size like 16/17?

My car has about 170,000+ miles. My tires are going on 9 years old so it's definitely time for new tires but deciding on wheels. It's nice to have nice wheels for once if it doesn't cost too much more.
