Looking for 2009 3dr hatchback parts

Hi guys i m looking for some parts for my yaris.

What I NEED:
Driver side tail lights
Passenger side mirror

What i possibly WANT:
A halo front head lights
Maybe trd lowering springs. I want to lower the height of the car without
sacrificing ride's comfort. Does it really necessary to also change the shocks to do this?

I m working on a budget so the NEED really important but if the price is right the WANT would prob considered :)
