I totally agree with the wiring thing. In my cavalier I redid it 3 or 4 times before I was okay with it. It was just never good enough lol.

go out and buy the score cd to the movie The 5th Element. It is awesome for sq listening, and has drops down to 6hz on one track. It is always one of my favorites for listening to decent systems as it give you a chance to crank it up and feel sub 20hz tones.

aHA! that's what that is...
yeah... cheap plastic like the stuff found in most cars leaches out a gas when warm... so... that wierd stuff on the windows that turns a nasty cloudy white color when you try and wash it off is actually from the dash. Cover it up, and it should reduce the time needed inbetween cleanings.

SQCOMP,
Firstly, THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE TO AMERICA.

Secondly, Have you thought of using spray foam filler to deaden the open areas under the chassis? I have used 8 cans of foam filler from Home Depot to NOITCEABLY remove a lot of road noise by filling the underbody framing areas. There are a bunch of hollow areas that resonate something fierce, and with the foam filler, it's very quiet. The trunk area under the spare has a lot of areas also. I found many in the engine area left and right of the motor, and the fender arches have many areas too. Undercoat spray on the front wheel thingies that are attached to the brake backplates make a bunch of noise on rough roads, and now are quiet too. These materials are far less cost than the RoadKill matting and also take your already quiet ride to a quieter stage.... Have Fun, and Again, Thank you for your contribution to America!

Aloha from Hawaii!

Bob,

Interesting idea. But have you ever thought about the chance that it might cause the rust since it might hold some moisture? I am not saying it will. Just curious if there is such possibility.

Thanks.

Cool truck. I haven't seen one of those yet.

I seen Strikers and Humvees, but not that thing.

I wouldn't put a system in that thing, because that gun on top is all the music I would need!

Lets put some of those trucks along the America/Mexico border to "persuade" them drug dealers and human traffickers to stay away!
