Looking for wheel information
I have a stock 2009 yaris with 185 60 15 tires.
I want to put a 15x7 et 20 rim or a 15x8.5 et 20 rim on the car. What tire size will I need? Im planning on keeping it stock height. Will the original tires fit? Will I have any rubbing issues? Thanks. |

Check out this post of mine to give you an idea what 8.5in wide will look like, frankly 8.5in would poke a bit more, so I don't recommend it:
https://www.yarisworld.com/forums/sh...postcount=1787 If you don't like that much poke go with the 7in wide wheels, it will be flushed with the fender and the stock tires will still fit with little to no stretch. If you insist with going with the 8.5in wide wheel, I recommend 205/55 tires, the stretch should make the diameter slightly lower, and might even out with the stock tire diameter. |

honestly i wouldnt run a yaris with anything less than a 195, they can push the treads over on the 185 pretty easy and the 195 is only good if its "sticky" 205 is probably ideal with a "cheep" tire
