Idk if the 07/08 headlights will fit with the 09 bumper... they are shaped differently. You might have to buy his Front bumper too

Good point... These lamps will definitely not fit an 09.
If you back out on those let me know!

Its either spend the other $$ to get the front bumper too. or just pass on the headlights.

Save money and put it into proper HID projector retrofit...or spend more cash to have a custom bumper....choices.

He said all the parts would fit my 09, so we'll see. If not, I'll flip them back up here and give you guys a crack at them.

I will be honest, the only part I wouldnt want you to buy for my own personal gain is the intake manifold.
lol

Anyway, I have nothing to gain from the headlights personally.

The issue you are going to run into is the fact that with the new facelift for 09, the bumpers and headlights were altered to give the car a different look, just by comparing the cars side by side, you can see the subtle differences.

I was shocked when the hood from an 08 fits an 09, I thought the changed look would play a factor, but it seems that Toyota changed ONLY the bumper and headlights, enough of a alteration to call it a facelift, lol.

It has been done over and over again, any mechanical parts from a 07-08 Yaris will fit on a 09, but Cosmetic parts are another story, sadly these changes also cause a problem for any further development of aftermarket body kits and such for the newer models.

Your call in the end, just trying to help.

The hatch is a great fitment. #2 to be exact. Ernie told me about it when I was in Jersey, but I'm dead broke. BTW, I did email you and you never got back to me haha.

Yeah the headlights are different from 08. Trust me, I have an 09 as well. The bottom of the headlights changed.

Holy crap.

Dude. In ten years of being around cars, owners and drivers, this guy was by far the coolest mofo I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Not only was he willing to meet me on a sunday morning, nor to mention the MAJOR hookup he came through with, but he was a generally cool cat that you could tell was in it for the love of the cars. My kind of character.

Oh and, if you think his yaris was badass, ask him about his other rides.

As far as this goes...let's just say that you'll have to wait and see. I will say though that my plans have definitely been influenced by meeting Ernie.

I'm planning on pics, as soon as I can figure out where the heck I put my camera charger. Anyway, I've been busy with work all week, but I have managed to pull the mesh out of the CF hood and paint it to match my car...should look hot, will post pics when I find charger.
