This is scary... I'm about 190 pounds (90kg), and that's waaay above my average (70kg, about 150 pounds), I really gotta do more exercise... And average height too, about 5"10...

No offense, but you north americans scare me

when I played hockey I was in awesom shape at 160 but I have a big upper body from years of working cutting firewood and tree harvesting. Now I'm 190 and that's big IMO.
but I'm only 5' 8"

That being said I have hauled around 700 lbs of people in my car plus tools and food and the yaris did just fine.

it can take it, my droped sedan can take 900 punds of "cargo" and then it only has slight wheel scrubbing in the rear.. with stock suspension, you likley wont notice much of a difference in the ride, and the seats will be more than capable to handle him...but the only question is if he can handle it :)
