Weird knocking under heavy load

Hello! I have a Yaris 2007 sedan 1.5L V4 US version with 190k miles on it. Since I own the car (5 years) I notice that the car does a knocking inside of the Transmission while the engine has been running for some time. Also it sounds while the AC is on, but when I turn it off, the knocking reduces (I am completely sure that the knocking comes from the transmission area and not the compressor / pulleys.

Here's a video of the knocking in the area I hear it: https://youtu.be/TmWVjV2vByQ

Any thoughts?
