One Less 2007 Blazing Blue Yaris on the road....(large res pics)

"Blue" was taken out this morning around 8:35 am. Rear ended by an suv, spun us into the middle lane facing wrong way. (pics taken after car was moved)

Wife and I are ok, shaken up, I (passenger) have a scratch and lower back is sore (my seat track and seat back are locked up and twisted)

Car was almost paid off too....

pics aren't loading for some reason....

Sorry to hear it. I am glad that I am boosted cause to be honest there has been SEVERAL occasions where the extra oomph saved me and damage to the car. Not saying of course that is a cure all by any means nor would me a diff in a lot of situations, but it helps.

Good to see you're both in good condition . Too bad about the car . We were rear ended twice , both cars totaled . One only had a month or 2 before being paid off . I have trouble with my left shoulder fallin asleep ( tingles ). Most likely from the 2 accidents . Neither were due to us / I . Hope all goes well with insurance and finding another car . Can be a real hassle . Best to both of you .

Damn! Good to hear you're OK, and once again we find that a Yaris took the brunt of the impact and the occupants were unhurt...

Good thing you're all ok.

Was the SUV driver on the phone when they hit you?

I heard the other driver tell the trooper she was not doing anything when she hit us. I don't know, its easy to accuse but we will never know the truth. I did get a witness who said they saw the whole thing so that is in our favor.

Plus the other driver was cited for careless driving.

I meant to get a picture of my seat as the seat track is jammed and the leanback is twisted. I was the passenger

Thank you all for the well wishes, seeing this out pour of support is really cheering my wife up, as "blue" was her baby.
