No power to engine fan

Recently replaced the water pump and alternator on my gf's 2009 yaris and while i was burping the system i noticed the fan never came on so i turned on the a/c because i knew it would turn the fan on....nothing... so i began checking the fuses all were good so i decided id throw a new relay in fan no. 2 power is coming into the relay but still no power being sent to the fan....fan still works i jumped power to it and it spins and its a new fan but test light shows no power coming into the plug...any help would be greatly appreciated because i'm about to set this thing on fire lol

The fuses involved are 30A RDI and 10A ECU-IG

Fan No.1 Relay is part of the integration relay (the chunk where the RDI fuse is mounted to).

To see if he is bad, pull that chunk up by releasing the clips on either end. Once you do, look at the center connector on the bottom of him.

Pin 5 is blue: +12 V via RDI fuse
Pin 6 is black: +12 V from the ECU-IG fuse (with the ignition switch in the on position)
Pin 7 is orange: 0V when the ECM decides the fan should be on
Pin 8 is light blue: +12V output to the fan (when the fan should be running)

CTScott turns out its was a bad fan no.1 relay thanks for curing my head ache!! lol now i can fix it
