2010 Sedan Crank No Start - At wit's end

Hello yaris world, have a 2010 sedan manual transmission that has run reliably up until being stored over winter, car will crank as normal and fire for a second or two but abruptly dies.

No DTC codes

Engine runs on starter fluid

Fuel pump pumps fuel readily when hose disconnected from fuel rail and key is turned to engine start. Does not prime with key in on position, only on start. Have read conflicting information regarding whether this is normal on these models.

Replaced fuel pump as a shot in the dark but behaves exactly the same,

gas in tank seemed fresh still when changing fuel pump. did not smell varnishy or look dark , no visible water or material in tank.

Replaced MAF sensor with denso unit, no change

Got several integration relays out of junk yard none of them changed anything, all measured around 300 ohms and relays clicked with 9v

Have gone through all fuses , injectors get 12v at harness with key in on position.

Replaced ignition switch and checked for voltage at harness as described in another thread here. Everything was normal.

Tach behaves normal while cranking

Have tried multiple fully charged batteries. cleaned battery terminals thoroughly

Immobilizer behaves normally, red flashing led on top of dash shuts off when key is inserted. flashes when removed

if repeatedly cranked , engine will not fire again until key is shut off, removed and reinserted.

Seems to also run slightly longer if the battery has been removed and ecu is reset , runs for 2-3 seconds instead of 1 second or less.

Im totally stumped and should have come here for advice first . Hoping someone can bail me out of this before i get it towed to the dealer !!

Thanks for all the help already from the great infomation posted here.

pull the injectors out one by 1 and give them a couple blasts of 12V directly from the battery or other 12v source. they could be sticky/sticking.
