Toyota Yaris 2003 Indicator stalk problems

Hi people I'm new to the forum so I will avoid introductions and get straight to my problem. Every time i turn on my cars headlights the high beam seems to turn itself on. When I flash the high beams i.e pull the stalk toward me they go off but if I indicate or even use my wipers they come back on. This cycle lasts a short while then seems to rectify itself. I should mention the car has a H.i.d kit fitted to it. Thank you in advance
