Overheating Problem

Dear friends,

I bought a 2011 vitz hb from japan. The same as yaris hatchback with bumps in the front and some damage in the radiator wich i got repaired.

The problem i believe is that the cool water is not getting to cool down the engine. So, its like the water is stuck.

The engine overheats after 20 mins aprox. But the water level in the coolant Reserve is full or near to it. Might the cause of this be the water pump?

I cant take it to a mechanic because My city is full of inclined roads, and im afraid to burn the engine before to arrive a mechanic.

Thank you
