fuelly - tank size
Hi - I have a question I feel that I should know the answer to myself.
I am setting up Fuelly to track my MPG - when I say I have filled up - how many gallons do I say? Do I include the reserve? I am going to fill my tank up today and so I will be starting with a full tank and will reset my Trip. Od. to start calculating. |

Wouldn't you just say how many gallons according to what the pump indicates, regardless of the tank size?

+1. start out with a full tank, reset trip to 0 miles. next fill up, input how many gallons the fuel pump read, and what the trip meter read.
