2008 Yaris No Crank

I made a foolish mistake. I recently had a crank no start issue with my Yaris and diagnosed it to be the C/OPN relay. I jumped the 4A-8 and 4B-11 pins on the main body ECU with a wire in order to bypass the relay and get it started. I drove with the wire in for a week but failed to realize this could damage something and inevitably the car won't crank at all now.

Any suggestions where to start? I swapped the ECM with a spare I had and the issue is the same. Fuses all have continuity, and the starter relay is good.
