Cool fog lights from Aliexpress

So I came across this really cool set of fog lights kit from aliexpress, as advised by some members of the forum, I contacted the seller and asked for the documentation of the set, the answer however was some nonsense chinglish. Recently I bought an android stereo for the yaris, that was pretty much plug and play. So I was wondering if based on the pictures, someone would be able to tell me if the set in question is an aftermarket fog light OEM clone, like the stereo was. I can see that I would have to replace the switch as it is nothing like the one for the yaris.

I finally got around to installing these lights and they don't fit. I'm thinking about getting these covers and adapting it, but I don't know if these covers will fit either.
