need help with new Stereo Deck

i'm getting tired of using the AUX port and burning cd/mp3 i don't want to waste all of these cd-r any more, i'm planning to use either my ipod or zune.
i'm looking for a cd deck that:
1. mp3/wma compatible
2. usb port that will take both zune and ipod usb cable that charge while play music at the same time.
3. Under $400 dollars.
4. Doesn't matter what brand
5. it's don't have to show up the playing list on the deck, i can use it on ipod/zune.
any ideas will help thank you
