Does this look like a leaky waterpump? PICS

Background; A 2006 Toyota Corolla, 16,000 miles only!
Sorry it's not a Yaris, but I noted a post about Yaris waterpumps failing prematurely and was wondering if this looks like another case of a short lived OEM Toyota part. Car was built in Canada. Original antifreeze. It's my 72YO Mom's car, she does'nt drive it much as you can see......
