NEED IMMEDIATE HELP: Locked Up With P/S Light

heres the short, i swapped my alt for a ho alt. It fit fine etc but i had to extend the black connector that goes in to the brown port on the alt.

So i did and i popped it in and re-tightened the belt and started the car up.

the car turns on fine and the dash lights up but the P/S light comes on and the car wont come out of park, its locked up.

also the fan wont come on as well as the a/c
