These are brand new in the box. kits include a pair of projectors, bulbs, slim ballasts and wiring 2 kits are 4300k bulbs with white halos 1 kit is 6000k bulbs with white halos $140 picked up or $160 shipped within canada or the lower 48. if you already have hid's and want to reuse your ballasts, knock $30 off the price (shipped or picked up) __________________ Last edited by thebarber; 03-20-2012 at 04:05 PM.
