has anyone towed this with their yaris?
I'm moving and I need to move my motorcycle. Uhaul doesn't rent motorcycles one-way apparently and I am moving like 2000km away so returning the trailer is not an option.
They will rent me a 5x9 utility trailer one-way which is way more than I need for the motorcycle. It weighs 1240lbs all by itself, and my bike is maybe 300 or whatever. Has anyone towed anything like that with their yaris before? I do have a Curt hitch rated at 2000 lbs but I'm concerned about the actual yaris being too strained. I'm going to be driving through mountains and stuff so. http://www.uhaul.com/Trailers/5x9-Ut...amp-Rental/RT/ The other possible option is to maybe go with one of the enclosed 4x7 or 8 or whatever they are trailers cuz those are much lighter than this big 5x9 utility trailer. They are 840 lbs or so. |
