adding hp

If you put a good cold air intake, headers and a new pulley. Also take out the rear seat get and get new tires/rims. How much horsepower would you have? What else can you do other than a NOS, turbo, supercharger, or engine swap to add horsepower? (also I said this to a friend and he said "What about a short shifter?" and I had to explain to him how that doesn't raise your horsepower)
