Help with Viper Alarm

I had Best Buy install my viper alarm/keyless entry couple of months ago. Well, the alarm is too sensitive and it goes off in my parking garage constantly. I would like to turn the sensitivity all the way down or just disarm the alarm but I seriously cant find the viper box. I think it might be up in the dash some where but I have a hard time believing Best Buy would put in that much effort. Where do you think it is?

i am sure its just installed behind a panel and zip tied up. do u see a small clear box with a red light flashing inside it under the dash? if so thats the sensor. the sensor might also be built into the brain box. what model alarm is it? most DEI alarms can be put into valet mode easily. just turn the key on and press the valet button once and release it and then it should turn the led on solid and should only locks the doors. also another way to do this is to open the door and make sure domelight is on and press lock then unlock and then lock quickly. this also puts in valet mode.

Depending on the model you should be able to adjust sensitivity straight from the remote. Check the manual.
