CF Hood Repair/Remedies
Recently, my carbon fiber hood was damaged.. (i'll update with some pictures of the damaged spot so you'll see what i mean).. The top-coat chipped-off, exposing the black fiber/template/design. I'm planning to fix it by myself for the meantime, any suggestions? Help is needed.. Thanks in advance..

Was the cf damaged at all? If not, just fill in the chip with some resin, sand it smooth and polish it.

the damage was a small spot only, maybe dime-size spot..but it's a complete distraction when looked at even it's small.. the top-coat/clear-coat chipped-off,showing a grayish spot.. sort of..
so.. i applied some resin to the spot and was able to fill the chip.. but the CF design/template was not visible already.. maybe i'll cover the area with a CF sticker for the remedy..
