Guage cluster lighting

Hey everyone.

Wondering if anyone here knows if it'd be a lot of trouble to change the colour of the lights/glow of the Yaris gauge cluster (speedo, tach, etc) ??

I have the Canadian Yaris Hatchback LE, so mine is a PURE bright white white light colour.

I'm happen to be a MASSIVE fan of blue lighting though...! you know, especially the blue that is trademark to all VWs!! as shown below

I'd love to freakin' switch up my bright white lighting for that colour of blue lighting! !

Any one know if this is possible or much trouble? What I'd have to do?

Like is the Yaris gauge lighting an LED (ie. I guess you'd need simply need a blue LED light then?) Or if its not, would only a coloured 'cap' need to be bought and placed over the backlight in order to give it the blue colour?

I know the Yaris RS here in Canada has orange lighting on the dash, instead of the white.. So changing the colour I hope wouldnt be too much trouble (well, it appears possible at any rate bc of the RS's different glow).

Thanks for any advice and input on the matter.

Jem
