nst shifter extension and cable/cage bushings

I recently took off my shifter extension because the throw is just way too long. Plus my 40 dollar redline boot didn't fit with it. It does put it in a much more comfortable position to shift especially if you have the stock armrest. I just couldn't take the mushy feeling/long throw.
